  1. cut chicken breast into small pieces
  2. Marinate chicken with corn starch, soy sauce, vegetable oil and baking soda. Set aside for 30 minutes
  3. Chop garlic and vegetables
  4. beat two eggs in a bowl
  5. heat up wok, add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, wait for smoke
  6. add egg, wait for fluffy then mix and break up, remove egg
  7. Add more oil, add chicken pieces for a couple of minutes
  8. push chicken to side, add garlic then vegetables to center of wok
  9. Give vegetables some time in the midle, then mix it all together, add salt

Cooking the Rice

  1. Remove everything from wok, add more oil, add cooked rice, break down big pieces and stir, fry for 3-5 minutes
  2. Add soy sauce and mix fast
  3. Add vegetables, meat, and egg, and mix
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Add spring onions just before eating
