Note: Fantastic recipe, really creamy. Lunch with no leftovers. Suggest more salt and add vegetables

  1. Microwave frozen vegetables, drain water
  2. Bring four cups of water to a rolling boil, add salt
  3. add and stir half a pound macaroni
  4. boil for 12 minutes then stop
  5. shred two cups of cheddar
  6. strain the paste, save all the water
  7. Add pasta back to the pot, add half a cup of milk, add garlic powder, tsp dijon
  8. Add two eggs to a small bowl, whisk
  9. Put pot on low heat, add eggs and stir constantly for three minutes, then cut the heat
  10. Add cheese and some pasta water if needed to make creamy
  11. Add salt
  12. fold in vegetables
