Ingredients
- 8oz block mozarella
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- shallot
- mushrooms
- 1 cup (8oz) tomato puree
- dijon mustard
- garlic (3 cloves or minced)
Instructions
- spray a sheet pan with olive oil
- grate mozarella cheese, sprinkle 2/3 on pan, reserving some
- peel and slice potatoes into 1/4 inch rounds, add to pan, salt, pepper and oil the top
- bake for 30 minutes at 400F
- start cooking beef in a skillet
- finely dice the shallot, add to beef and mix
- wash and slice mushrooms, add to skillet
- add tomato puree, 1 squirt mustard, salt and pepper to skillet
- mince garlice, add to skillet
- Spread skillet contents on top of potatoes
- Add leftover cheese to top
- Bake at 400F for 15 minutes
