Ingredients
- 2-3 bananas
- 200g oats
- Protein powder (whey and cassein)
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Sweetener
- Milk (almond or other)
- Topping: frozen blueberries
- Toggping: Yogurt
Instructions
- Add ingredients and mix. Use enough sweetener so it's about the consistency of oatmeal
- Add toppings
- Put in fridge
- 350F for 35 minutes
