Ingredients
- meats: sausage, ground meat, cured meat (ham)
- veggies - bell peppers, onions, celery, carrots
- beans - red beans preferred
- broth/stock - 8oz can
- seasoning: cajun/creole
- rice - long grain white rice preferred
Instructions
- Night before, Brown uncooked meat, saute veggies, soak beans in water
- Morning: Add meats, veggies, beans, broth and seasoning
- Before serving: cook rice
