- Brioche Buns
- Ground beef (lean preferred)
- American cheese
- Onion
Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet
- toast your buns
- Carmelize onions with salt. To speed up process, you can add some sugar
- Remove onions and get the skillet hot, add burgers and smush them down
- Season with salt and pepper
- Flip, season again, cook a bit, then add cheese to melt
