Tomato soup
Ingredients
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bulb garlic
- bouillon (tomato or chicken or both)
- basil
Instructions
- quarter tomatoes and onion, peel garlic
- Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper to slow cooker with 2 cups of water
- Cook on high for four hours, or 6 on low
- Blend
Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- bread (Hamburger buns work well here)
- American cheese
Instructions
- Butter a large skilled, add unbuttered bread
- Add bread, then cheese, then cheese again, then bread. If using hamburger buns, turn them "inside out", so what's normally touching the inside of the hamburger, is the outside of your grilled cheese
- Keep flipping and add more butter if it starts the burn
